Finally!!!
Ryan will be coming home on Friday!! :) We can’t wait. He turned the corner as just as the nurses said he would and started eating regularly. So now, I’m running like a crazed woman trying to get things done and clean. I even cleaned the whole inside of my truck for when we bring him home, the linen closet, and the bathroom closet. Everything but the room. I’m like the organizing Nazi. How fun. Thomas can’t wait either. He hates going to the hospital. It’ll be nice to finally have him home with us. So other than that, things are good. I feel like my ole self again. Thanks so much for all the nice and wonderful gifts that we have been getting. Especially Nancy Hall, who was the speech therapist who came up to MN fo rher, sent wonderful things for both Ryan and Thomas. I thank you. To Michele from MA., thank you for the adorable sweatshirt. We’ll have to visit that area sometime. Thanks to all for all your sweet comments and prayers. Its still amazing to have this kind of following and we still appreciate it so much.

Oh Julie, Tom and Thomas, how wonderful and exciting. To bring your baby home and just be a FAMILY! I am DYING to come see him but will wait a while until you get settled and family all gets their chance. You all deserve this amazing time together and that SWEET little baby in your loving arms.

Tucker family, I wish you all the happiness and laughter that you all deserve! I have so enjoyed spreading the joyous news of the birth of your new little Ryan. Miracles do exist! I am sure that Jessica is beaming with pride over her triumph from heaven. Julie I am so proud of you for not giving up, Tom for standing by your wife through thick and thin and Thomas for being an outstanding big brother, you are going to grow up to be an amazing person!
Enjoy the coming days, I will be thinking of you.

Congratulations! Now coome the staying up all hours, which you’ll enjoy every moment, those are the best times when nobody else is awake but you & him. Just take a hint from me, leave something of his in every room. I’m not a bad mother really, but this is something funny. (now, not then, I cried for days) There is 9 1/2 years between my boys, with a lot of miscarriages between and after giving up I finally had a beautiful baby boy. I hadn’t been out of the same room with him in almost 2 months, I was so scared something would happen to him after all it took to get him here. We had some friends over, eating, enjoying the company when all of a sudden someone asked me where he was, first I was blank, then I panicked, OMG, what did I do with my baby. I had forgotten about him, I don’t think I put him down for 3 days. I felt so terrible about it, he’s 18 now and our friends still tease me about forgetting about the baby and now he’s in on it. I guess after all that time where my world revolved around getting him and trying to balance my time with my other son & hubby, it just finally caught up with me & I had a brain phart. Scary feeling, but now I can laugh about it with just a little bit of shame. I’ve talked to other mothers with a big age difference in their kids, they said it happened to them a time or two to. Just do yourself a favor and avoid the experience, like I said, leave something of his in every room.
Enjoy your family and know that many prayers are being said for all of you.

Yeah for Ryan and all of the Tuckers. Lucky you Julie, being fully recovered from the C Section will make it so much easier to be up a night. When you and Ryan are up all alone at night, you can both talk to Jessie together. I bet that at those times, you’ll feel her with you so strongly. She helped make you the wonderful mom that you are. Lots of love, Michele

You are so welcome for the gifts! Its seems like so little, but it is definately something I wanted to do! I didn’t want to leave Thomas out. I know that he is so happy about Ryan, but don’t want him to feel left out with all of the fuss about a new baby since he is still young himself. I was thrilled to read about Ryan coming home. Now you can settle down to the chaos of family life like it should be! You will all be in my prayers! My offer for a cybershower still holds if you are interested! BLessings to you and your extended family and friends and to all who read the website. Thank you Jessica for bringing us all together!!!!!!

You’re very welcome from me too, Julie. I feel like I know all of you, after the years of being part of the “cyber family”. It is the way of the 21st century though. Little Jessie has had such an impact on all of us, and I know I’ll never forget her, and I’ll enjoy following your “mommy blog”, and “hearing” stories about all of your children, with love, Michele
